Get your mortgage in principle

The first step before starting to look is get yourself in a position to view and buy properties. We recommend arranging a mortgage-in-principle before you start viewing, and we can help with that with our whole market, in-house broker to get you the best deal.

Start booking viewings

Once you've got your finances in order, you can begin the fun bit, viewing potential new homes! All of our properties come with accompanied viewings so you can ask all the questions you like to make sure you find the right one for you.

Making an offer

When you've found your new dream home, you can make an offer on the property. We help you negotiate with the seller to find the right price for both of you.

Find a solicitor

We would recommend finding your solicitor before making an offer, but you can do this after too. This is the most important part where your solicitor will get all the documents together needed for the sale. At Thornley Groves we work with a panel of solicitors that we can recommend to guide you through the process.
